How to Use Funlights®

Take a few strands of hair in your hand.

Place Funlights® on root of hair and slide down by drawing on color.

Repeat for desired effect.

Washes out. May need more than one wash*

Hair spray may keep Funlights® from rubbing off quicker.

Repeat steps as often as you like.

Play with Funlights® and blend your own colors.

Applying Funlights® to Different Length Hair

LONG HAIR
To apply take a few strands of hair and then from the root draw-on Funlights® to the end of the hair. To reduce look of color take off color with a tissue by sliding the tissue from the root to the end of the hair. Then repeat to create desired color. May use hair spray after color is applied. Hair spray may help color hold. (When applying results may vary based on product already placed in hair prior to use)

MEDIUM HAIR
To apply take a few strands of hair and then from the root draw-on Funlights® to the end of the hair. To reduce look of color take off color with a tissue by sliding the tissue from the root to the end of the hair. Then repeat to create desired color. May use hair spray after color is applied. Hair spray may help color hold. (When applying results may vary based on product already placed in hair prior to use)

SHORT HAIR
To apply take a few strands of hair and then from the root draw-on Funlights® to the end of the hair. Also can be applied by just drawing on area where color is to be applied. To reduce look of color take off color with a tissue by sliding the tissue from the root to the end of the hair. Then repeat to create desired color. May use hair spray after color is applied. Hair spray may help color hold. (When applying results may vary based on product already placed in hair prior to use)

Hand wash fabric for best results

Different hair types & colors may produce different effects

Recommended to wash out after use. Depending on saturation of color on hair, multiple washes may be needed. The more Funlights® you layer on one area of the hair will determine how many washings it will take to remove all color. It is recommended not to overlay color more than two or 3 times in one area.

Funlights® is a temporary color that will rub off. Therefore it is recommended hair is washed before contact with materials such as fabric.

Other products placed in the hair prior to use may affect the results of application of the Funlights®

Children 3+. Adult supervision recommended

For hair that is dyed Funlights may take more washes to remove.  In some cases when the hair is dyed it may stain the hair until dyed.
